VTuber Mori Calliope surpasses a massive YouTube subscriber milestone amid rapid growth

VTuber Mori Calliope has reached a massive milestone on YouTube as the Hololive managed creator surpassed 2 million subscribers.

It’s no secret that the VTubing craze has taken over the YouTube and Twitch airwaves in recent months, and that’s largely due to Japanese talent agency Hololive.

With a legion of unique and vibrant VTubers under her wing, the English speaking Mori Calliope is one of her VTubers on a stratospheric journey.

In just over two years, Mori has garnered a plethora of views and now has over 2 million subscribers.

Mori Calliope thanks YouTube subscribers with a celebratory stream

Hololive VTuber Mori Calliope celebrated her huge subscriber milestone in true reaper rapper fashion when the VTuber dedicated an entire stream to singing for her fans.

“2 million subscribers. Just singing to you,” Calliope said on social media. “I want to sing for you as long as I can,” she later added.

In the description of the stream itself, Calliope said, “I don’t need anything else. You’ve already given me enough” in further recognition of this landmark moment.

The VTuber YouTube channel launched on July 16th, 2020 and has seen droves of success since then. The Hololive creator dropped from 1.97 million subscribers from March 13thto its current amount in just a few weeks.

For Calliope fans, the celebrations don’t necessarily end here either, as on April 4, the VTuber is hosting a birthday concert. Among other things, tracks from their album UnAlive will be played.

With over 40 million subscribers tuned into the Hololive VTubers, the rest of 2022 can only mean big things.
