Just when you thought the subway couldn’t get any worse, a man dirty human excrement on a woman’s face inside the Bronx station.
Newly released video footage shows the victim, 43, sitting on a bench on February 21 at the Wakefield-241st Street stop (on 2nd Street, no less); A man walked up to her and, without saying a word, hit her face with a plastic bag full of feces, smearing it on the back of her head.
Completely without reason.
As of Monday, police were still searching for the suspect, who clearly had mental problems and/or substance abuse.
The looting may be less scary than a wave of subway shoves, or the rise of gun and knife attacks, but it all comes down to a simple truth led by Kevin Young, 36, and was the victim of the recent smashing of the Union Square platform: “The crime subway is out of control. ”
Time to end this crap.
