It’s no surprise that things don’t always go according to plan when it comes to TV shows.
Careless shots reveal the cameramen in the background of the scene, and stand-ups for actors are sometimes left out of frame.
Continuity looks are always common – especially in long-running TV shows.
According to Phimmoi.com, The Simpsons has the most TV errors of all time (total 2,090), while But you friend third with 1,505 errors.
Sometimes the obvious mistakes actually happen in promotional materials, such as on posters or in trailers.
While no performance can be perfect all the time, it does make some mistakes confusing sometimes.
But at least it makes for fun watching, once you’ve spotted the mistakes.

But eagle-eyed royal fans spotted a flaw in the third season’s trailer. When Olivia Colman as Queen Elizabeth II was screened to celebrate her 1977 Silver Year, the voiceover had the Queen’s coronation date wrong by one year, stating that the Silver Year was 25 years after the Coronation. In fact, it’s been 24 years since she was crowned on June 2, 1953.
