TRISTAN Thompson’s mother-daughter Maralee Nichols has finally broken her silence about her relationship with the NBA player and their newborn baby.
The Sacramento Kings player suffered a major loss in his paternity case with a fitness model this week when a judge ruled against his Texas record.
Maralee, 31, has finally broken the silence about her relationship with Tristan, 30, and shared her first photo with their brand new baby.
The former personal trainer made “inaccurate” claims and shared her own story in an interview with E! News.
“Over the past few weeks, many inaccurate and false stories have been circulated about me. I have not made public at any time — nor directed anyone else to disclose — any information regarding Tristan Thompson or any litigation involving him,” she said outlet.
“I have never spoken to any media, nor have I disclosed any information to anyone at any time. I am providing this statement because I feel I have to defend it. his character.”
“I’ve seen fake stories, unflattering pictures of me, people using pictures that aren’t me, stating occupation and age incorrectly,” the mother-of-one continued.
“There have been many fake Instagram posts claiming to be me, making false statements and attaching ultrasound scans and a baby (not mine).”
Maralee later cleared up the rumors regarding her life and location, saying: “Here are the facts: I have lived in California since 2019. I am not a personal trainer.
“I haven’t been a personal trainer for four years; I’m a fitness model. I’ve never been a personal trainer for Tristan,” she claims.
The fitness model later added that she met Tristan at a party at his home in Encino, California last year.
“I met Tristan in March 2021 around his birthday. He told me he wanted to see me,” she explained.
“I agreed to meet him in Houston for a private party on March 12. I never drove a Maserati to see Tristan, as he claimed. He never even sat in my car. I.
Maralee continued: “I used Uber or was driven by friends that weekend. Houston was one of many nights we spent together. Right after my birthday weekend in Houston, Tristan invited me to visit him in Boston.”
A few weeks after the trip to Boston, Tristan’s alleged lover said she knew she was pregnant.
She then revealed the news to the athlete while visiting him in North Carolina in late April.
Tristan has not responded to a request for comment at this time.
Maralee’s statement follows news that the professional basketball player lost his case in a paternity case with his new mother.
On Wednesday, a judge presiding over a paternity case dismissed Tristan’s case filed in Texas, according to Our weekly.
In June, the fitness coach filed his father’s lawsuit against the NBA star in California, and in July he responded with his own in Texas.
Both exes presented their testimony in a virtual hearing on Wednesday, but the judge deemed it appropriate to dismiss the Texas application.
