Trisha Paytas updates fans after falling down the stairs pregnant: ‘I felt carefree’

YouTuber Trisha Paytas has updated her fans that her baby is doing well after announcing in a video that she had a pregnancy scare with a fall.

After marrying Moses Hacmon in 2021, Trisha Paytas announced on Valentine’s Day 2022 that they were pregnant and the newlywed couple was set to have their first child.

Paytas was quickly met with backlash when fans started leaving negative comments on her announcement posts, prompting her to respond.

In a March 29 video, they updated their fans on the status of their baby after revealing a pregnancy scare the day before.

In her update video, Trisha spoke about how carefree they felt and how the YouTubers didn’t feel they deserved their baby after being clumsy and falling during pregnancy.

“I googled what to look for to find comfort and found just that,” they explained. “You left stories in my comments yesterday that made me feel good too.”

They further revealed that the doctor came to her house and did an ultrasound of the baby and stated that everything was fine. However, Trisha still has pain in her foot as it “spun like a pretzel” during the fall.

On March 28, the day before her update video, Trisha revealed they fell down the stairs that led to the kitchen.

“We were getting food to watch the Oscars and I was going into the kitchen when I fell,” Trisha explained. “We put streamers in the door and I tried to get them away from the food. My foot rolled and I fell.”

Luckily, Trisha’s baby is perfectly fine and Trisha’s foot should heal soon. If you’re pregnant and have a fall, call your doctor and schedule a visit to make sure the baby — and you — are okay.
