Trees damaged in violent windstorm have a place to go in Lakewood
LAKEWOOD, Colo. (KDVR) – Homeowners on the Denver metro line may still be cleaning up from strong winds Wednesday.
In Lakewood, two twig drop sites will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays. Here is where they will be placed:
- Morse Park
- Lakewood’s Greenhouse on Yale Ave.
City officials say the Lakewood Conservatory will continue to operate as a drop-off site through Sunday, January 9.
