Tipping Point viewers blast contestant for ‘weird’ habit

TIPPING Point viewers were stunned by a contestant John’s “weird” habit on Monday’s episode.
Presenter Ben Shephard welcomed four other hopefuls to the ITV show – but during the first round, fans were quick to point out that John repeatedly referred to the slot machine as ‘baby’ and ‘babies’.

He was joined by teammates Rosie, Salvi and Kirsty but had a disastrous first round after failing to knock down any counters while Rosie took the lead with £700.
But John then made a comeback and gained £800 which gave him the lead, but while he waited for the meters to drop he kept saying: ‘Come on baby.’
After a stroke of luck, John eventually took the lead and won £800 in his launch.
As he waited to see how the meters would pan out, John begged the meters to fall off by saying, “Come on baby.”

During the first round, John encouraged the counters to drop by saying, “C’mon babes, c’mon babes.”
Then he tried again, repeating, “Come on baby, come on baby. Keep pushing, keep pushing.”
The bizarre term for the anti-tilt machine didn’t go unnoticed by fans, with one writing: “John cut that c’mon baby.”
Steven asked, “Is it a requirement to be able to talk to the switches and say things like, ‘Come on baby!’ accept?”
Another added: “PLEASE can someone stop John from calling the turning point baby.”
Salvi was flown from the show after winning just £250 and Rosie managed to pass John in the second lap after knocking down nine points.
But Kirsty was left behind and was the second contestant to be sent home.
After an intense round, Rosie managed to make it to the finals, beating her opponent John.
It was tricky as Rosie tried to take the £10,000 jackpot meter over the edge.

Luckily, she used her last counter to knock it down – meaning she won all of the prize money.
