TikToker goes viral after revealing she orders DoorDash at the restaurant across the street

A woman on TikTok is going viral after revealing she’s ordering DoorDash from an olive orchard just across the street from her home – and commenters can’t help but relate.

TikTok is a hive for all kinds of viral content. The platform has sparked a number of popular trends over the years, including dances, memes, and even must-try pasta recipes.

However, it also sparks some interesting platform-wide debates from time to time – and a TikToker video of their frequent DoorDash orders sparks conversations.

The TikToker, who goes by the name Dani, claimed she just saw a video of someone saying they only get food delivered “twice a year”.

Grocery delivery apps are becoming more and more popular to get something to eat quickly.

“Let me show you how lazy I am,” Dani said before panning the camera over to show the view out her window. Across the street, viewers can spot the telltale sign of an olive grove overlooking a crowded parking lot.

“This is Olive Garden,” she continued. “I got a delivery from there.”

Dani’s video has already racked up over half a million views since it was posted two days ago on March 1st, and commenters are sympathetic to both her frequent delivery ordering habits and more critical views of her video.

“If I only do DoorDash twice a week, I congratulate myself on being frugal,” joked one commenter.

“I could buy a car with what I spent on DoorDash last year,” said another.

Others, however, weren’t so keen on the meal delivery app fees: “Maybe I’m cheap, but I refuse to pay delivery fees,” commented one user. “I’d rather spend more on the actual food.”

Surprisingly, a DoorDash driver chimed in to say that since the destination is so close to the restaurant, these quick orders are actually among their favorites.

“Thank you for your service because as a DoorDash/UberEats driver, these are my favorite orders,” they wrote. “The faster we make our money, the better!”

Regardless of personal opinion on the matter, it’s clear that some people genuinely love their delivery — but not as much as the father of a TikToker celebrity chef loves turning fast food into gourmet dishes that, sadly, you can’t order online.
