Three bedroom, three bathroom Florida home is for sale

A Florida HOUSE has hit the market — but it’s hiding a scathing secret.
Someone was installing new blinds in the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home when they found a 12-foot alligator.
Video footage shows the reptile lying on the floor of the house on the morning of March 14.
Crews were forced to remove the doors of the Charlotte County home and bring in a trapper to quarrel the reptile.
Matthew Goodwin was on site when the incident unfolded.
“The window shade installer found the alligator before everyone got there,” Goodwin, the site manager, told Click Orlando.

“Then he told the site manager David Davis, and he called me. I was busy and didn’t want to leave, it was Monday and he said that was more important than what I’m doing and coming here.
“I walk into my house and there was the 12 foot alligator!”
The alligator can be seen hiding in a corner of the house.
The crews carefully removed the huge glass doors to get at the creature.
Then the trapper worked to deal with the alligator, eventually dragging it out of the house and onto the beach.
The alligator can be seen in the video doing a so-called “death roll” as it makes its way out of the house.
It is believed that the reptile got into the house via the laundry room.
The alligator caused an estimated $2,500 in damage to the home.
