No hint, though, but phone buffs drop ITV programming in the middle of the morning, Holly certainly in a contemplative mood.

On Instagram, she shared a photo of her new book called Reflections.

Holly captioned the snap with: “New year…fresh start…maybe it’s time to hit pause, hop on the treadmill, stop running and hide and sit back with yourself

“You are your constant…know who you really are, what you like, what your passions are…writing this book has been a real process for me…it has to be write and i feel benefit…hope you like it too…link in bio #reflections ❤️🌈. “

Holly’s post comes after it was revealed how her ITV morning host Susanna Reid gets paid more than her – thanks to a bumper new deal to continue Good morning England.

Her deal, thought to be worth around £1.1million a year, meaning she now earns more than Holly, thought to be £730,000 a year.

Susanna’s her contract with ITV expired in November but she was obstinate and refused to commit before finally putting pen to paper on the big deal this week.

A source said: “Susanna’s previous arrangement actually ended not too long ago and negotiations are still going on, but she made ITV sweat a bit.

“She knows she’s an important part of the show and is increasingly involved in day-to-day decisions, along with her current role.

“Additionally, there was uncertainty about who would be a long-term partner after Piers Morgan left last year, so she’s definitely in a strong position.

“The bosses appreciated her and wanted to keep her, but she didn’t immediately agree.

“She definitely played a strong negotiation game and it worked for her.

“Internally, it looks like she’s currently the highest-paid female host on the net.”
