Thirsty Brits start the bank holiday weekend with a bang, while revelers descend on the city for some Friday night fun

BRITS started the May bank holiday with a bang as they hit bars and clubs in droves.
Revelers have been spotted enjoying the first night of a four-day long weekend in full style.
Thousands of revelers are expected to hit pubs and clubs across the country to enjoy the final Bank Holiday weekend.
It comes like Britain gets hotter than Madeira for the next few days with glorious 17C temperatures and sunshine.
It is expected to be dry in most places with occasional showers breaking through.
In BirminghamParty-goers took advantage of the warm temperatures to wear classy outfits on their way from club to club.

Meanwhile, a drunk boy spent the night in the back of a police van after being swiped for repeatedly swearing at British Transport Police.
Cheering partygoers also poured into the streets leedswith ladies in revealing summer clothes, while gentlemen walked arm in arm with friends.
Some took the opportunity to wear skimpy outfits, while a woman was spotted holding a drink between her bra.
And others wasted no time soaking up laid-back vibes by dressing up as golfers or tennis players and carrying giant inflatable racquets.
But for one pitiful drunk hunched over a bus bench with a drink in hand, the night was just too much.
The finished youngster was surrounded by buddies as he downed his drink before passing out and being caught by buddies.
The glorious weather comes as bookmakers remain confident that next May could be the hottest on record.
Ladbrokes this week lowered their odds to 2022 for the second time to host the hottest summer on record.
After being a 2/1 shot earlier in the week, it’s now just 6/4 with bookmakers for the hottest summer on record this year.
Ladbrokes’ Alex Apati said: “Britain will soon be basking in record-breaking temperatures, judging by the latest forecasts.”
With predictions that May could be the hottest on record, the Met Office has forecast dry conditions in early May – continuing through the middle before turning towards the end of the month.
The long-term forecast reads: “Settled conditions are expected to continue to dominate into mid-May in southern areas with much dry weather.
“Meanwhile, rains may affect northern areas.
“Towards the end of May things are expected to become more choppy for many parts of the country with sunshine and showers, some likely to be heavy and thunderstorms.

“Some drier days are still possible, as is usual for late spring.
“Temperatures most likely above normal in all areas, with increased likelihood of warm spells.”
