The White House sees no de-escalation from Russia

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The Biden administration does not see Russia taking action to de-escalate its invasion of Ukraine, which would indicate progress in talks between Russian and Ukrainian leaders, White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki said on Wednesday .
