The top 100 NFL draft prospects of 2022


The 2022 NFL Draft was supposed to be a big weekend for big men.

Having ranked the top 10 players in each of the 11 positions over the past two weeks, The Post now offers our annual top 100 overall prospects and provides comparisons between positions. The draft begins with the 32-strong first round on Thursday, 106 players will be selected by the end of the third round late Friday night, and another 149 will hear their names on Saturday when “Mr. Irrelevant” at pick #255.

The final board — based on observations and insights from interviews with NFL staffers — suggests it’s a deep class in the trenches, with 18 offensive linemen and 17 edge rushers making up more than a third of the top 100 fine dividing line between players picked up late in the first round and some of those picked up in the early third round.

The top 100 also includes 14 wide receivers, 12 cornerbacks, nine linebackers, eight safeties, eight defensive tackles, six quarterbacks, five running backs, and three tight ends. The top 100 NFL draft prospects of 2022
