As any parent knows, organizing small Lego pieces can be the bane of your life
But one savvy mom has come up with a brilliant way to organize her kids’ Lego loadout.
She took to the Family Lowdown Tips & Ideas group on Facebook to share the clever hack, explaining that she used Aldi’s Workzone drawers to sort the Lego into different colors.
“Aldi Workzone drawers put to good use!” She wrote.
“For all those pesky little pieces of Lego you can never find.
“Also, it took forever for the kids to sort them all out while I was having a quiet cup of coffee, and when they got bored it was a great mindfulness task for me.”
“£8.99 well spent,” she concluded.
Despite her clever idea, however, other moms were quick to admit that their drawers wouldn’t stay as tidy with their kids.
“Love this idea…for starters,” someone wrote.
“But I know I’ll keep reorganizing this because there’s no way my kids are going to keep things tidy!”
When someone else said they would need lots of the drawer sets, the mum replied: “It’s definitely not a full Lego solution.
“It’s just all our annoying little things.”
Another person tagged a friend and explained that they would love to organize the Lego pieces, to which the friend replied: “Yes, I would love it.
“But then the kids wouldn’t be able to touch it afterwards.”
