SAN JACINTO, Texas (KTRK) – This weekend will be the last time Battleship Texas will be open to the public before it leaves the San Jacinto compound for good.
The ship is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday
Visitors can tour the main deck, command bridge and war room.
The Battleship Foundation plans to move the ship to a dry dock in Galveston for major repairs.
