THE Apprentice fans all said the same thing as Claude Littner devastated Brittany Carter with a four-word defeat.
On today’s edition of the BBC show, the final four entrepreneurs met with Lord Sugar’s most trusted advisers to unveil their business plans.
Brittany Carter, Harpreet Kaur, Kathryn Louise Burn and Stephanie Affleck had to impress publishing pioneer Mike Soutar, global design agency founder Linda Plant and media agency boss Claudine Collins.
Viewers were also over the moon to see Claude Littner return to their screens.
The first to see the British businessman was hotel front-of-house executive Brittany, who has developed a high-protein alcoholic drink.
But she didn’t sell her idea very well with her business plan.
Claude wasn’t impressed by any of this because she hadn’t thought of a cost breakdown.
After the very brief interview, he said to her, “I’m not funny, it’s not an Absence Paln.
“The conversation is over.”
Viewers at home were shocked by his words.
One wrote on Twitter: “This interview is over… oh man I missed Claude.”
Another said: “Claude man LOOOOOL. The interview #TheApprentice has ended.”
A third chimed in: “The return of Claude as good as expected.”
The 72-year-old businessman made his comeback on the BBC show tonight after being forced to quit as Lord Sugar’s assistant earlier this year.
Claude injured his right leg while riding his electric bike last year.
The injury was so bad that doctors were reportedly considering amputating Claude’s leg, and he has had multiple surgeries as part of his recovery.
The multi-millionaire has appeared on the show as an interviewer since the show began in 2005, replacing Nick Hewer as Lord Sugar’s assistant in 2015.
Tim Campbell, the winner of the very first series of The Apprentice in 2005, replaced Claude for season 16.
