Brittany Carter is a 25 year old Hotel Front of House Manager from Bristol.

She would describe herself as someone who has an optimistic outlook on life.

She wants Lord Sugar’s help to get her business idea off the ground for the first alcoholic protein drink.

She said: “My motto in life is ‘Always look on the bright side and be thankful for everything’ – every day when I wake up I write down 10 things I’m grateful for and when I go to sleep,

Aaron Willis – FIRED


Aaron Willis hopes to win The Apprentice 2022[/caption]

Aaron Willis is a 38 year old Flight Operations Instructor from Lancashire.

After serving 12 years in the RAF, he set out to start his own security company.

Aaron has traveled the world on various jobs and is “hungry for success”.

He revealed, “My strength is that I can sell to anyone and I think that’s why my business will be a success because people will buy from me.”

Akeem Bundu-Kamara – FIRED

Akeem Bundu-Kamara is a 29-year-old strategy manager for a financial firm based in London.

Akeen describes himself as a human person, but being a “numbers person” his analytical ability prompts him to think strategically about his every move.

He revealed: “Growing up made me who I am, I can talk to everyone but also show my financial and business side.”

Amy Anzel – FIRED

Amy Anzel is a 48 year old beauty brand owner from London.

Amy has found a true love for her beauty business.

She takes business very seriously and is determined to portray herself as a “tough boss”.

She said, “I can be nice when I have to be, but if unfortunately I have to be b***h, I will…”

She left in week six after being fired from the show.

Akshay Thakrar – FIRED

Akshay Thakrar is a 28 year old digital marketing agency owner from London.

He considers sleeping “a waste of time” and states that his first word as a newborn was “win”.

He believes he was brought to this planet for one thing, and one thing only – to make money.

Akshay said, “My friends call me AK47 because I’m a great salesman.”

Unfortunately, in the ninth week he was shown the door to the boardroom.

Alex Kurz – FIRED

Alex Short is a 27 year old owner of a commercial cleaning company from Hertford.

He is an ambitious businessman who “doesn’t stop” until he gets where he wants to go.

Despite graduating from lower secondary school, he’s on track to triple his sales.

Alex said: “I would compare myself to a Ferrari, shiny on the outside but under the hood there’s a lot of fire and I’m coming for you.”

He was the fourth person to be fired from the show in week four.

Harpret Kaur

Harpreet Kaur is a 30 year old dessert shop owner from West Yorkshire.

She describes herself as a born leader who is fearless.

She wants to develop her already successful six-figure coffee and cake business into a leading brand in the UK.

Harpreet stated, “I’m definitely not in the business to make friends, I’m here to make money and I’m pretty sure Lord Sugar isn’t looking for a new partner.”

Conor Gilsenan – FIRED

Conor Gilsenan is a 28 year old sales manager and former professional rugby player from London.

He describes himself as hardworking and “hyper-motivated by money”.

His business idea involves a fleet of quirky food and drink vendors geared towards music and sporting events.

Conor said, “I’ll be the corporate panther in the boardroom, I’ll get it done, and I’ll be Lord Sugar’s perfect business partner.”

He was the second person to be fired from the show in week two.

Francesca Kennedy Wallbank – FIRED

Francesca Kennedy Wallbank is a 26 year old sustainability business owner from Surrey.

Mathematics graduate Francesca is looking to invest in her next business.

She wants to prove a product carbon footprint service for companies with a simple equation of her own.

She’s confident she’ll win, saying, “I’ve never lost, I always win.

“There are two kinds of people in the world – there are people who say they will do things and people who actually do, and I’m a doer.”

She was sent packing after being fired from the show in week five.

Nick in the shower – FIRED

Nick Showering is a 31-year-old finance manager from London.

The qualified accountant wants to make a name for himself after his family business with flavored waters in the beverage industry,

He describes himself as a sociable person and someone who is a lot of fun.

Nick said: “In business, I’m a force to be reckoned with. I know what I’m talking about, I know how things work and I’m very experienced. So I’m a bit of a boardroom animal.”

In week eight, Nick was shown the door.

Sophie Wilding – FIRED

Sophie Wilding is a 32-year-old boutique cocktail bar owner in Cheltenham.

From a saleswoman to a businesswoman, Sophie describes herself as magical.

She hopes to use The Apprentice’s investment award to refurbish her boutique cocktail bar, saying, “Failure is not an option, winning is in my DNA.”

Sophie was fired from the show in the seventh episode.

Shama Amin – LEAVING

Shama Amin is a 41-year-old daycare owner from Bradford.

A mother of five who describes herself as loyal and determined.

She’s ready to prove that she “has the skills needed to be a successful early-life entrepreneur.”

Shama added, “As a lady of color who also wears a headscarf and the challenges we face on a daily basis, I just want to be a living example for the Asian and South Asian women out there.”

Unfortunately, the nursery owner canceled the show due to illness.

Harry Mahmoud – FIRED

Harry Mahmood is a 35 year old Regional Operations Manager from the West Midlands.

Harry wants to show his gratitude to his grandparents by helping and supporting people.

He describes himself as “the Asian version of Lord Sugar”.

He hopes to work with Lord Sugar to grow his bath bomb business.

Harry said, “Everything I set out to achieve, I’ve achieved. I literally did everything I set out to do.”

He was the first to be fired from the show in its first week.

Kathryn Louise Burn

Kathryn Louise Burn is a 29 year old owner of an online pajama shop from Swindon.

After working various jobs, she has plans to further her pajama business.

She describes herself as ambitious and “wild”.

She revealed: “My dreams are absolutely huge in my head and I believe I can achieve them.”

Navid Sole is a 27 year old pharmacist from London.

He aspires to build a successful pharmacy business with the help of Lord Sugar.

Navid plans to stay true to himself on his journey with The Apprentice.

He said, “I’m not intimidated by anything because I just feel like I’m a strong character, a strong person, a strong mindset.”

He was the third contestant to be fired from the show in week three.

Stephanie Affleck – FIRED

Stephanie Affleck is a 28-year-old online children’s store owner from Kent.

She describes herself as confident and brutally honest.

She is looking for funding to support the development of her children’s clothing designer business.

She admitted: “I’m an East London girl and I have this no-nonsense work ethic. I have courage, determination – and I am determined to be successful.”

When is The Apprentice final?

The 2022 season of The Apprentice is almost over for another year.

The finals will take place TONIGHT (March 24, 2022) at 9pm.
