Ratray, who played the brother of Macaulay Culkin’s character Kevin McCallister in the film Home Alone, faced domestic and battery assault by strangulation and assault in water and battery charging.

Detective Joseph Burnett of the Oklahoma City Police Department interviewed Ratray’s girlfriend. His report on the alleged assault and assault was included in the affidavit.

“He’s facing charges because, apparently, she made allegations that caused him to strangle her,” Adams said. “And in the span of a day, she changed her story from having a disagreement or argument to suddenly him strangling her.”

The girlfriend claims Ratray was angry because she didn’t charge the two women for his signed card. They argued and she left Coyote Ugly, letting him in while she walked to the hotel they were staying at, the Hyatt Place Oklahoma City, according to the affidavit.

“[The] the victim had difficulty breathing while she was strangled and while the defendant covered her mouth with his hand,” Burnett wrote in his report.

“This is how you die,” Ratray said as he strangled her, Burnett reports.

“Mr. Ratray denies he ever got his hands on her or did anything related to anything like that,” Adams said. “What we do know happened is that he personally went away. same and he’s from the city [and] disagreement occurred. She finally called the police. They were on the scene and two patrol officers spoke to Mr. Ratray. They talked to their children. They didn’t see anything that they thought was enough to arrest him or detain him.”

However, court documents said the woman suffered multiple injuries, including bruising under her left eye, a mark under her right eye, a mark on the left side of her upper lip, a bruise on her chest, and pain in her right arm.
