Teen Killed: Two suspects are being held in connection with the March 27 fatal shooting of a teen in West Jefferson County.

Around 5 p.m., deputies responded to a murder in the 14000 block of Kolb’s Corner, investigators said.

Upon arrival, MPs said they had discovered the body of 16-year-old Katelynn Nicole Stone, who had died from gunshot wounds.

Cody Arnold, 22, was arrested at home and charged with murder. His bail was set at $1 million.

On March 31, 24-year-old Chelsea Shipp was arrested at an apartment building in Liberty Hill, Texas, after a death warrant was issued for her connection to the deadly shooting.

Shipp was taken to the Jefferson County Correctional Facility and booked, investigators said.

There is no more information about their state of charge.

Shipp is known to frequently visit Galveston County, Chambers County, and West Jefferson County.
