Taskmaster: Frustrated viewers all have the same Chris Ramsey question after Series 13 premiere

Season 13 of the popular game show starring Judi Love, Ardal O’Hanlon, Sophie Suker and Bridget Christie kicked off on Thursday (April 14).

Chris Ramsey rounds out the cast of the new series, and the comedian caused a stir when he introduced a mysterious item he’d brought from home that he once found in a shipping container.

He told host Greg Davies: “I brought an important ’90s-style businessman’s briefcase.”

When Davies asked why he was so excited about this particular item, Ramsey explained, “Because my house was the first house to be built on new lot, one day we found a briefcase in the container. And it was locked and it took hours to get in.”

Of course, everyone then wanted to know what’s in the briefcase, but Ramsey said, “You’ll find out at the end of the show.”

Viewers shared messages of intrigue on social media, and many were frustrated when Ramsey didn’t reveal what was inside. Some contributors compared the briefcase’s mysterious contents to a scene from Quentin Tarantino pulp fiction.
