Schwartz appeared in 20 as Jean-Ralphio, the energetic sidekick of Aziz Ansari’s Tom Haverford parks and rec episodes. It was a limited part, but Schwartz owned it and made the most of his screen time. The role was similar to Wayne Knight’s Newman, a recurring fan-favorite character His field during the run of this series.

Schwartz flew solo as Sonic in the 2020 film, at least as far as the video game characters are concerned. This time he’s up against Knuckles the Echidna (voiced by Idris Elba), but Sonic has help from Tails (voiced by Colleen O’Shaughnessey).
James Marsden (Tom), Tika Sumpter (Maddie), Natasha Rothwell (Rachel), Adam Pally (Wade) and Lee Madjoud (Agent Stone) return to the human side of things. Jim Carrey plays Dr. robotnik brings his over-the-top energy (and wild mustache) to the big screen as an evil scientist bent on destroying the world. Sonic and Knuckles are the only ones who can stop him.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 should not be confused with fine cinema, but it aims to please a specific audience and lives up to that task. The sequels are sure to come. The first film grossed $319.7 million at the worldwide box office (as of April 2017). Box office mojo) and Paramount has already confirmed a third Sonic movie, according to Paramount Engadget.
