SILENT Witness star Liz Carr has revealed why she quit the hit show after eight years of running.
Breaking her silence on the matter, the 49-year-old admitted she was ‘starting to resent it’.

A definite favorite, she starred in the lead role from 2013, until her departure was announced in 2020.
Now, having starred in series two of Netflix’s hit fantasy show The Witcher, the actress told Radio Times: “Silent Witness takes nine months a year, so it cuts out a lot of projects. project that I want to do.
“I almost started to resent that, because I wanted to do other things.”
