Within hours of announcing that he had leave Fox News, longtime manager Chris Wallace has announced that he is moving to CNN+, a streaming service launching next year, according to CNN.

Wallace’s appearance comes days after CNN’s layoff Chris Cuomo, who was criticized for his role in the political intrigues of his brother, former New York Democratic Governor Andrew Cuomo, over allegations of sexual harassment. “I’m so excited to join CNN+. After decades of following TV and cable news, I’m excited to explore the world of streaming,” he said.

“I expect new freedom and flexibility when it comes to interviewing protagonists across the news – and finding new ways to tell stories,” says Wallace.

Wallace’s contract at Fox News will expire at the end of this year, according to New York Times.
