Sheriff Seeks Community’s Help in locating missing 77-year-old man in Spring Hill

The Hernando County Sheriff's Office is asking for support from the community in identifying a LOST AGE.


HERNANDO COUNTY, FL. – The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance from the community in identifying a LOST AGE.

Clifford Tack was last seen driving away from his residence on Kirkland Avenue in Spring Hill. Mr. Tack told his wife that he was going to drive.

Family members reported him missing at 5:40pm after he was unable to return home.

Mr. Tack has dementia and is an insulin-dependent diabetic.

Mr. Tack was driving a white 1998 Toyota Tacoma with a Florida/CBXA55 tag.

He was last seen wearing a black turtleneck, long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, black sneakers and eyeglasses.
