Sell sunset Viewers have spotted a hilarious obvious flaw in the show’s new season.
The real estate reality show returned for its fifth season on Friday (April 22), with a scene showing boss Jason Oppenheim leaving the office to give a client a quote over the phone.
However, eagle-eyed observers noticed that while Oppenheim appeared to be speaking to his client, his camera app was clearly visible on his phone’s screen.
Viewers immediately recognized the moment and wrote about it on Twitter, with one commenting, “My mood today is Jason talking to his camera pretending to call a customer.”
“Highlight of the new season of Sell sunset Jason goes outside for an ‘important call’ and the camera zooms in on him when the camera app is open,” the tweet said.
Another commenter wrote: “Jason Oppenheim ‘on a phone call’ during a scene in the new season of Sell sunset. From what I can see… his camera app is open.”
While some fans pointed out that iPhones can continue calls while other apps are open, many viewers argued that was the case Sell sunset is a contrived reality show, he probably “pretended” to make the call.
One commenter said: “This show was created by the creators of Lagoon beach and The hillswho notoriously faked phone calls.”
“I cringed when I saw that,” wrote one viewer.
“Lmfaoooooo, how did I miss that?!” commented another.
Sell sunset is now on Netflix.
