A serial attacker is on the loose in South Carolina – and his weapon of choice is whipped cream.
Police said they were hunting a man who indiscriminately hit people in the face with whipped cream on Wednesday in Greenville.
A surveillance image released by police showed the grinning suspect leaning against a wall while holding a plate in one hand and a can of “ammo” in the other.
One of his targets was a woman who was pushing her child onto the sidewalk in a stroller, police officers said.
The incident, which police are treating as an “assault,” occurred around 2:30 p.m. near the Main Street Bridge in Greenville.
Police said they received multiple reports of similar incidents throughout the day.
