SATURDAY Night Takeaway viewers were excited to see Paloma Faith guest speaker, but had trouble understanding her.
The 39-year-old singer gave the speaker booth her personal touch, adorning it with her beloved leopard print and adding huge golden fans.
Hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly introduced Paloma, who told them about her upcoming tour.
She also explained how much she loved leopard print and had decorated her house with it, including a “duvet cover, toilet seat,” Paloma told them.
“And guess what pet I have?” the star asked Ant and Dec, who cautiously replied, “A leopard?”
“No! A goldfish, but he’s in a leopard print tank,” Paloma replied, laughing.
Fans watching at home loved the exchange but complained that it was difficult to hear Paloma clearly.
“Is Paloma underwater or something? The audio is a bit off,” tweeted one fan.
Another added, “The audience is always so loud you can’t hear the guest speaker.”
And a third wrote: “Trying to figure out what Paloma Faith is saying.”
With her debut album Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful? she became famous in 2009.
In 2015 she won the Brit Award for Best Female Solo Artist.
And alongside her glittering music career, Paloma has found success in the acting world as well.
She has acted in St Trinian’s, Dogface and Blandings to name a few.
She was also a judge on The Voice UK in 2016.
Her partner and father of her two children is Leyman Lahcine.
