Good morning Gunners fans
Arsenal centre-back Thomas Partey could return and be available for the Gunners sooner than expected after duty in the Africa Cup of Nations.
The star was called Ghana before the tournament but they are on the verge of being eliminated after picking up just one point from their opening two games in Group C.
Ghana will face Morocco in the final group stage match on Tuesday.
And Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has denied ‘false rumors’ that he left the Gabon national team for being undisciplined.
The Arsenal forward did not feature in either of Gabon’s first two group stage matches at AFCON.
Aubameyang tweeted: “We had some issues that were hard to resolve on our own, then rumors got into the mix.
“First of all we have to take care of our health. I won’t talk about false rumors and I really hope our team goes as far as possible. ”
And the Gunners received some good news after Borussia Monchengladbach sporting director Max Eberl admitted Denis Zakaria could leave.
The 25-year-old Swiss midfielder has been linked with Arsenal and Premier League rivals Manchester United.
Eberi, who is also answering questions about Borussia defender Matthias Ginter, told Kicker: “I cannot rule out that both will leave the club in the winter.”
