In her 18-page ruling, Judge Gil stated that Real, Barka and juvenile are “fully aware of the possible consequences” of their actions against Uefa.

The judge added: “Uefa and Fifa are federations that control and organize sports competitions.

“That they must give prior authorization for any alternative competition is reasonable and justified in order to preserve sporting merit and a level playing field for the participating clubs.”

In response, a spokesman for the Nyon-based governing body said: “UEFA today received an order from the Madrid court to lift the precautionary measures entirely.
