DANCING on Ice’s Sally Dynevor ‘gained weight’ on the show as the Crowned Sugar star worked out her muscles.

The Opening the street favorite, 58, was hailed by his skating teammate Matt Evers as ‘the strongest’ he has ever skated.

The TV legend worked out 2-3 hours a day on ice, burning 1000 calories each time.

In an exclusive chat with The Sun, Matt said: “She is incredible.

“Sally is the strongest person she has ever had.

“She is truly the strongest partner I have ever had.

“We’re working out 2-3 hours a day and she’s gained muscle weight. She’s 58 years old and she’s literally the fittest she’s ever been.

“She’s toned, her legs are really toned. She looks great.”
