R. Kelly’s fiancee Joycelyn Savage is pregnant

R. Kelly’s fiancee Joycelyn Savage claims she’s pregnant, one of several bombshell revelations in her shocking new book, Love and Joy of Robert.

The 26-year-old mother-to-be writes in her tiny report – just 11 pages and appearing on Amazon on Friday – that she found out she was expecting months after disgraced R&B singer-songwriter Robert Sylvester sent Kelly an engagement ring a day to her home after being sentenced to 30 years in prison for racketeering and sex trafficking.

“Months later I started to expect severe morning sickness and wasn’t sure what was going on with my body. I thought I had contracted COVID-19, but the most amazing news of all was that I was pregnant,” Savage writes in the book.

“It was a happy day, but an incomplete time in my life. Today I am grateful to God for giving me the most precious gift. Robert is very happy to hear the news that I am having a baby and is sad that Robert cannot be here with us.”

Savage told the Post a photo of the ultrasound was the only image Kelly would approve for publication in the new synopsis.

“Yes, Robert approved the book and his team read it through. I wanted pictures of us at concerts, at his house and lying together. I told them I wanted exactly what happened,” she said. “However, there were moments that I didn’t include in this book because I wanted a happy ending and a story with Robert. I live in one of Robert’s condos and am working on my next book which will reveal a lot about him that has been manipulated by the media. Many secrets.”

The Post has reached out to Kelly representatives for comment. It remains unclear how far Savage is in the pregnancy.

"Robert is very happy to hear the news that I am having a baby and is sad that Robert cannot be here with us," Joycelyn Savage wrote in the book.

Savage also told the Post that a second volume of her memoir will be out next year — and she’s still hoping “that it’ll be released and set for new beginnings.”

“It put me off, but he bought what I wanted if I did that for him.”

Savage explains how a “perverted” sex act “made her vomit.”

The short but stunning read is Savage’s version of the events that led to her living with the struggling R&B singer. She wrote that before meeting Kelly at age 19, life was emotionally and mentally draining, and claimed that “family members” touched her.

“Family members who touched you even though they knew you were aware of the situation felt like they were okay with doing so,” Savage wrote. “It felt normal to me that I couldn’t express my feelings to my parents even though they just ignored my pain.”

Savage’s parents Jonjelyn and Timothy have publicly asked for their daughter to leave Kelly. They were interviewed extensively in the 2020 six-part investigative series, Surviving R. Kelly: Part II: The Reckoning.

The Post has reached out to the Savage parents’ attorney for comment.

In the book, Savage recalls the night she went to Kelly’s concert when she was 19. She writes that she was “eager to get Robert’s attention” and be one of the girls who came backstage. She did, and recalls that Kelly “put his hand on my hip, grabbed my butt, and called me beautiful and various unflattering names.”

She sang for him that night and said Kelly took her to the recording studio after the show, where “all his friends kept telling him, ‘I think you’ve found the next Aaliyah.'”

Savage said Kelly asked her to live with him in Atlanta so he could help her with her music career.

“It was a very strange moment for me at the time, but I was still cautious,” she wrote.

“My answer was, ‘Yes, but I’m still in college.’ He replied: ‘Daddy has everything you need here.’ He pulled out a stack of cash. Money didn’t bother me then; I just wanted to improve my music,” she wrote.

“I’ve always been talked into giving money by him, saying I shouldn’t go because this is an opportunity that no one else will ever have and I [sic] leave, I will regret it.”

Savage said she was worried about missing her college classes, but Kelly convinced her to stay at his guest house for three days and write music.

She recalled the time Kelly brought her regular and “very sexy and grown up” outfits to wear since she didn’t have a lot of clothes with her.

“I had no idea why he brought me those whores [sic] outfits, until his assistant informed me that Robert wanted me to wear it for a specific occasion, which was a spandex and a see-through bra,” Savage said.

“I didn’t question it because I thought maybe he wanted me to look cute,” she added.

She claimed Kelly walked into her room that night, sat on her bed and asked, “Who is [sic] Dad?” and she said “you”

“And he replied ‘good girl,'” Savage wrote.

She said “kinky” sexual acts ensued, becoming a nightly routine for the pair. Savage said she “got used to it” though an act made her “feel like throwing up, but I didn’t.”

“It put me off, but he bought what I wanted if I did that for him,” she explained.

She also revealed that comparisons to Kelly’s first wife, the late Aaliyah, didn’t stop either.

“As much as he wanted me to be his Aaliyah, he was scared of losing me, which caused him to become extremely demanding and obsessed with me, and I can let myself out of my sight at all,” Savage said.

“Robert started calling me ‘his sexy little Aaliyah’ or sometimes just ‘Aaliyah’ but I had to remind him I’m Joy,” she wrote.

Savage also claimed that Kelly’s team was very well paid and signed non-disclosure agreements so as not to badmouth him or reveal hidden secrets.

She began touring with Kelly and said the girls who came backstage at his shows were “strangely young.”

“I couldn’t say much about it,” she wrote.

Another younger girl joined Kelly and Savage’s tour, and Savage said Kelly got the girls to get “nasty” with each other and would also take in the two girls doing things to him.

“After living with Robert for a few months I didn’t like him for what he’s become, but me and the other girl became closer over time and I promise to always be there for each other no matter what Scenario I thought,” revealed Savage.

LIFESPAN

She said the other girl “went bipolar” while living under Kelly’s roof and missed her family terribly. Even when he went to jail, Kelly reportedly didn’t want the girls to split up and live alone.

Savage said they received daily media training if ever asked to speak about Kelly.

The other girl was eventually released to her family and “smeared my name all over social media,” Savage wrote.
