Quordle Answer 165: July 8, 2022 Word Solution

That Quordle 165 answer for July 8, 2022 has been revealed. Half of today’s puzzle is quite easy, the other half is not. There are about six uncommon to rare letters in the whole solution and some unusual placements for some of them. Luckily, one of these unusual letters is repeated twice in two separate words, reducing the overall difficulty of this quordle. In our estimation, the last word in the lower right position is the most difficult word to solve. So if you’re looking for a clue, it’s the name of a specific musical instrument. The full answer is in the next section of this guide.

What is Quordle Response 165? (July 8, 2022)

Quordle Response 165

The Quordle Answer 165 is:

  • “LOOP”
  • “MAY BE”
  • “CHILD”
  • “BANJO”

Similar to yesterday’s quordle, the “J” appears again in a different word in the same fourth position for “BANJO.” Combined with the unusual “B” consonant, this word may require an extra guess to figure it out. Luckily, if you can spot the position of the “A,” “N,” and “O,” that should narrow down the possible letters that could be in the first and fourth positions.

Better yet, hitting the “B” will give you an important clue for “MAYBE” since it also has the “M” for causing trouble. That said, if you can determine that the “Y” vowel is right in the middle, along with the “A” and “E” vowels, you might be able to work out the “B” without “BANJO” at all.

On the other hand, “SLING” and “CHILD” shouldn’t pose too many obstacles if you clear most of the common consonants and vowels at the start of the puzzle. The only difficulty might be the consonants “G” and “H” if you didn’t happen to have them in your first few words in the puzzle.
