Police are looking for a suspect in connection with a deadly shooting in West Houston on Saturday night, according to police

Spring Branch officers secured the crime scene around 7:20 p.m. in response to multiple gunfire that was heard in the area.

When Houston police arrived, they found a 40-year-old man dead at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds.

It is not known if the victim lived in the area. Local residents said they heard gunshots and saw the victim lying on the ground.

HPD’s homicide detective thinks a gray Chevrolet Silverado is an interesting vehicle.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male wearing a black shirt and black shorts. The police have not yet found a motive.
