Pokimane Admits She’s Considering New Twitch Podcast Hosts After xQc Mixup

Pokimane admitted she’s considering finding someone to co-host her new Twitch podcast on short notice after xQc dumped her, and Mizkif could be a possible candidate.

Poki and xQc were scheduled to host the first “test” episode of their new Twitch podcast on Saturday, April 9th. However, xQc never showed up and left them hanging – which Poki suspected because he forgot.

Poki said she doesn’t mind waiting another week for it to happen. But with so many interesting things to talk about, she’s considering finding a new co-host (if only temporarily) to chat about them while they’re still fresh.

xQc never showed up for the first episode of his new Twitch podcast featuring Poki.

At first, Poki complained about the missed opportunity. “We wanted to talk about Will Smith’s slap,” she said. “We wanted to talk about /r/Place and how this was some of the best content Twitch has ever seen.”

She then flirted with the idea of finding a new co-host. “There are so many things to talk about. There are infinite things. And now I’m wondering, ‘Am I going back to Mizkif? Do I wait for xQc and maybe try again next week or the week after? Or do I say fuck it and DM Forsen?”

It’s unclear if Poki was meant to replace xQc temporarily or permanently. However, since it is a shared idea, it is probably meant only in the short term. It will be interesting to see what happens in the future.

In the meantime, xQc has taken a brief break from streaming. In fact, he hasn’t streamed since the day before because he missed the podcast episode with Poki, but he said he will “Long Ass Stream” whenever he comes back.
