PA woman Jayana Webb charged in DUI crash killing soldiers Martin Mack III, Branden Sisca

A suspected drunk driver accused of killing two Pennsylvania state police officers and the pedestrian the duo was helping recently boasted to her Twitter followers that she was the “best drunk driver of all time.”
Jayana Tanae Webb, 21, was facing three counts of third-degree murder after prosecutors said she carried Soldiers Branden Sisca, 29, and Martin Mack III, 33, along with pedestrian Reyes Rivera Oliveras, 28, on her shoulder Monday night of I-95 mowed down in Philadelphia, CBS 3 reported.
The fatal crash happened as soldiers were responding to a call from a person walking on lanes of the busy southbound freeway near the Broad Street exit, the station said.
Webb allegedly admitted to driving under the influence and reportedly cried as she was charged with 18 felonies, including two counts of manslaughter of a police officer.
Both police officers left wives. Mack had two children and Sisca’s widow is pregnant, according to fundraising sites.
Earlier this year, the suspect took to Twitter to brag about her alleged illegal activities.
“If you ask me, I’m the best drunk driver ever” she tweeted on January 15th.

Webb’s feed featured other alcohol-related tweets amid a steady stream of often vulgar Stream of Consciousness updates.
“Why does the liquor store close so early?” She wrote on February 5 alongside a frowning emoji.
Her account was bombarded with critical comments after the fatal crash.
