A SAVVY mum has shared a brilliant way to keep her kids entertained for hours – without making a mess.

Celena Kinsey took to TikTok to share her clever hack to buy foam noodles from a local discount store.

“I’m going to share a hack that will keep my kids entertained for at least an hour,” she explained.

Once you have the pool noodles – which can be found for £3.49 in supermarkets and stores like The Range – cut them into small circles.

“You’ll add them to an outdoor bath or paddling pool to make a giant noodle pit,” she said.

“Then give the children a ladle and let them let off steam.”

And that’s not the only use of the noodles.

If a section is left uncut, the noodles can be used as whistles, while the small circles can be used to “make patterns or build towers”.

Celena was quickly praised for sharing the hack, with one man writing, “As a single dad all I can say is that I love this account because you keep everything really simple but very rewarding for the kids!”

And another person added: “Ohhhh this is totally worth it if it keeps you entertained for a while!”

“I did that 10 years ago. They loved it!!!! Good job mom,” wrote another.

Another comment asked how the loops are all cleaned at the end of the bath, with the person writing: “Could you please show the storage of this?”

“The thought of cleaning up all this scares me so much LOL.”

“Hahahah oh helping mom clean up is part of the activity,” Celena replied, adding, “But I’ll show you more things I do with them so it’s not just a one-time use.”
