Police are still looking for that suspect – as they investigate a string of murders that began just fifteen minutes after the new year.

The first murder occurred shortly after midnight near SW 27 and McKinley.

The victim has been identified as 26-year-old Jonathan Camren.

The suspect, Christopher Ward, was taken to the hospital.

Police said he would be sent to jail on a first-degree murder complaint upon his release.
