A 43-year-old man was fatally shot Thursday night in a Brooklyn apartment building, police said.
Police say the victim was shot in the torso inside the building on Bay Parkway off West 12th Street in Bensonhurst at around 11:30pm.
The man was taken to Maimonides Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, authorities said.
No arrests were made immediately.
