The man accused put poop on a woman’s face in an insurgency Bronx attack has an arrest record dating back 23 years, police said Tuesday.
Frank Abokwa, 37, has been arrested more than 20 times since 1999, according to the NYPD.
His most recent arrest was on February 22 – the day after the vile underground attack – when he allegedly raped a Bronx corporate employee with a screwdriver in a case robbery, police said.
The Bronx County District Attorney’s office did not immediately provide information about the Abrokwa robbery.
Police said he was arrested Monday in connection with the Feb.

He was charged with forcible groping, intimidation, disorderly conduct and harassment, police said.
Mayor Eric Adams called the incident a “horrifying experience that anyone has to go through” during an unrelated news conference Monday afternoon.
“Human waste or someone spitting in your face, those are real signs of mental health problems… and we really have to learn how we deal with health problems. this mentality,” said the mayor.
Nausea incident happened between an increase in the Big Apple subway crime.
In response to violence, Adams announced his Subway Safety Plan on February 18, pledging to prevent rule-breaking and prevent people from living on the train and in the station.
