TV personality Greg Kelly, the Newsmax anchor, and his wife Judith Grey, an advertising creative director, recently bought a home on the Upper East Side for $5.26 millionaccording to property records.
The stunning co-op is located on East 61st Street, a 17-story brick and limestone building built in 1951 known as the Carlton House.
The three bedroom, 3½ bath unit is 2,371 square feet. The most recent request was $5.49 million, compared to the original request of $7.6 million in 2013.
It comes with a hefty $8,772 monthly maintenance bill.
The unit opens to a foyer and leads to an entertainment area overlooking Madison Avenue.
There is a large windowed chef’s kitchen with custom wood and white lacquered cabinets and a master bedroom suite with a spa-like bathroom.




The building’s interiors are by top Toronto interior designer Katherine Newman.
The building’s amenities include a concierge, a fitness center with a pool and treatment rooms, and even a “lifestyle consultant.”
The stockbrokers are Douglas Elliman’s John Credaroli and Lauren Muss, who declined to comment.
Last fall, the couple sold their Chelsea home at 263 Ninth Ave., aka Heywood, for $1.66 million, down from the original sale price of $2.25 million in 2017.
