MORRISONS has unveiled the £15 Valentine’s Day three-course meal for two and it includes starter, main course, dessert and more.

Couples planning a romantic meal in the house have plenty to choose from – the meal menu ranges from seafood to steak and also has vegetarian options.

The store is just one of the supermarkets that offer Valentine’s Day menus, along with the likes of Sainsbury’s.

What can I get in the deal?

Morrisons only includes items selected from its Best range.

Initiating a romantic experience are starters, and Morrisons has five different options to choose from.

You can choose a two-pack of tropical scallops and prawns, which will usually leave you feeling more satisfied, or opt for the grilled mushroom pate if you’re a vegetarian, which usually costs £4.

For mains power, there are seven options to choose from.

You can buy a beef wellington, which usually costs £12, or choose the meat-free version – a beef-free wellington, usually £5.

This is the only main option for those who eat less meat.

Some other options include lasagne, which usually costs £6, or pork fillet wrapped in prosciutto, usually £7.50.

Included with your main source is a selection of sides, two of which are vegan, and you can only get two in total from the seven available.

These include chips, cauliflower or carrot cheese and kale in orange sauce, all of which normally cost £2.75 off the offer.

And in the spirit of true passion, shoppers can also grab a pint of beer and dessert as part of the £15 deal.

There are six desserts to choose from, including raspberry and white chocolate cake, creme brulees and Belgian chocolate macaroons – this option is suitable for vegetarians.

Some alcoholic options include De Los Rios Rioja Crianza, which would be the most expensive option outside of the offer, priced at £7.50, or Pinot Grigio Rose at £7.50.

Depending on the items you choose, you could save more than £18 in total.

When can I shop for offers?

For eager beavers, the deal has been available online as of yesterday, January 26.

The average price for a home delivery slot with Morrisons is £3.89, but regulars can buy a Morrisons Delivery Card to save cash – a monthly pass is £5.

For in-store shoppers, this offer can be seen on store shelves from February 6 and will be in effect until stores close on February 14.
