The D-Block Europe concert at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham on Tuesday 30 November was thrown into chaos after a fight broke out.

In shocking scenes captured on site, scores of performers can be seen dancing in what appears to be a mosh pit.

Two men wearing ionic tracksuits were seen rushing into each other and starting to throw punches when screams could be heard.

A girl ran past and screams of “stop, stop” could be heard as the two men fell to the floor and continued to scratch.

Two other men then appeared and continued to fight when another man fell to the floor and was kicked repeatedly.

One of the men, dressed in black and white, was thrown to the floor and another attacker kicked him in the face several times.

Worried giggoers can be heard in the background urging him to stop.

The Sun understands that another fan was stretched out of the concert during a medical incident unrelated to the scuffle.

A spokesperson for the National Exhibition Center (NEC), which operates the arena, said: “As a responsible venue operator, we are committed to providing safe venues with strong security, health and welfare regimes.

“We are told there was a rotation at D-Block Europe on Tuesday (November 30) without medical staff.

“This has been resolved by staff, appropriate action has been taken, and the event has not been impacted.”

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: “We received a third-party report yesterday (December 1) of an attack at Utilita Arena, Birmingham that is believed to have occurred at 10am. November 30th.

“Up to this point, no victims have reported and no suspects have been identified.
