Missing child: Yellow alert for 4-year-old Jaiceon Robertson, who was last seen at Groves with 34-year-old Blake Robertson

The Federal Bureau of Investigations told Groves PD that Jaiceon was found in the Houston area, but gave no further details.

Police originally said Jaiceon was with his father, Blake Robertson. On Sunday, police said they were no longer looking for the father but said charges could be brought in the future.

Police say it appears to have been a custody issue and Jaiceon is no longer in danger.

Jaiceon Robertson, 4, went missing on June 4. Police believed he was in Houston and in danger.

Jaiceon was safely returned to his mother, according to the Groves Police Department.
