And even Theresa, his wife of 20 years, is not safe.

Keane posted a photo on Instagram showing get together on vacation.

But almost all of Theresa’s face was cropped, making Keane the focal point of the photo.

And the cheeky doctor also wrote a hilarious caption, which read: “Happy birthday to my first wife x.”

Many famous people in the football world, including Gary Neville, Jamie Carragher, Micah Richards and Robbie Keane, all responded to the short serve with smiley emojis.

Meanwhile, fans also enjoyed a joke: “It’s her job.”

Keane and Theresa, who are from Nottingham, met in 1992 while the midfielder was playing for Forest under Brian Clough.

They married in a private ceremony at Our Lady of Coronation Church in Mayfield, Cork, where Keane is from.

And the couple, who have always kept their family life out of the public eye, have five children together – Shannon, Caragh, Aidan, Leah and Alanna.
