Loose woman Charlene White hits back at critics who accuse her of ‘playing cards in the race’ with Ukraine comments

Loose women Host Charlene White responded to critics who accused her of “playing the race card” with her comments about the crisis in Ukraine.

During a panel discussion on the ITV conference program on Tuesday, March 1, White said: “You have thousands of students and workers Black, Asian, Syrian, Arab who are also trying. get out of Ukraine and have been prevented. due to the incessant racism they experienced. ”

Following backlash online, White tweeted: “To those who threw the phrase ‘playing cards’ at me today @loosewomen…let me be VERY clear. You don’t feel comfortable hearing someone say that race is not my concern, when concern should be directed towards the victims who are suffering from it.”

In the comments section below the post, White received support from fans, with one commenting: “Exactly. This is a matter of this country and society because people choose what they want to hear and cannot process the truth as it is being discussed.”

Another wrote: “Charlene also said. The term ‘race card’ is used by people to end a conversation. “

A third said: “You should be proud of yourself today.. well spoken.. mean, passionate and honest.. your news on @ITV is also a breath of fresh air…”

Anton Herashchenko, an adviser to the ministry, posted online footage of the attack on the sixth day of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Ukraine’s foreign ministry said the TV tower was located near the memorial for the victims of the Babyn Yar massacre, one of the largest massacres of Jews during the Nazi Holocaust.

Earlier, Russia said it would retaliate for the US expulsion of 12 of its diplomats to the United Nations for alleged espionage.

Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said the move warranted “an appropriate response and an answer – not necessarily symmetrical.”
