Livingston High School presents diploma to band member killed hours after 2021 Homecoming game

Livingston High School presented his sister with Cole Overstreet’s diploma during Saturday morning’s graduation.
In September 2021, Cole performed with his school’s marching band at their homecoming game.
After the game, Cole was driving another band member home when investigators said his truck was hit head-on and the other driver drove away.
“He was such a good kid. He just worked really hard,” said Cole’s mother. “They always included him in everything. And I think it’s good for him to be recognized.”
The family say that seeing their son’s diploma at the graduation ceremony meant a lot to the many friends he had throughout his life.
