Lewis Hamilton faces possible grid penalty after skipping yellow flag at Saudi Arabian Grand Prix

Lewis Hamilton faces a possible net penalty after he was summoned to the managers for seemingly disrespecting the double-waving yellow flag during his final practice session at Saudi Arabia Grand Prix.
His opponent, Max Verstappen, who led the standings with eight points with two races remaining, was penalized five places for a similar infraction at the final race in Qatar.
Hamilton will meet the managers at 4pm GMT, where he will explain his version of events and figure out his penalty. If a penalty is confirmed, it would be a huge blow for Mercedes and Hamilton’s hopes of winning his eighth world title at a crucial time of the season.
