A California retreat popular with celebrities for its neon lighting and eclectic amenities has hit the market. The estate, which is listed on Compass by Aaron Kirman Group’s Josh Morrow and Brooke A. Elliott, is currently asking for $10.2 million, reports TopTenRealEstateDeal.com.

Nicknamed the “House of Sin,” the 7,500-square-foot home is located on Sunset Plaza Drive in the Hollywood Hills. It features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, an outdoor pool, a rooftop terrace and an indoor spa. There is a jacuzzi, a mini casino room with a terrace, two sun loungers and a gym.

In terms of bragging rights, the House of Sin was previously owned by photographer Richard Franklin, who, according to Jam Press, photographed over 600 models and celebrities in the space. Kim Kardashian also visited the mansion, which was once featured on Entertainment TV’s “A List Homes,” according to press materials.

But the address, built in 1990, is best known for its custom, space-ready electrical wiring. In fact, the room is equipped to turn on like a blacklight-enabled glow-in-the-dark coloring book, with a fluorescent green, pink, and purple ambiance that can be achieved with the flick of a switch in numerous entertainment areas.

In addition to the built-in pleasures, the address also boasts expansive views of the Los Angeles skyline, the best of which are reserved for the top-floor master bedroom. Three of the other four bedrooms open onto the pool and deck and have en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen has built-in skylights and the listing also mentions a two-car garage and gazebo.

“Upon entering, you’ll be amazed by the high vaulted ceilings with skylights and glass doors that open up panoramic views from the hills to the city and beyond,” boasts the listing, which also lists an “enclave with a spa and waterfall amenities.”

Interested but only renting? The house is also available for rent for $40,000 per month. Keep scrolling for a virtual tour of the trippy property.
