Kristaps Porzingis’ date night with Laura Vizla after Wizards debut

New team, same romance.

Kristaps Porzingis’ girlfriend Laura Vizla was in Washington DC to watch the 7ft 3 tall Latvian drop 25 points in his Wizards debut on Sunday in a 133-123 win over the Pacers.

The couple enjoyed a date night at an unnamed restaurant after the game, where they posed for photos at a private table.

Porzingis, 26, shared a sweet snap of Vizla on his Instagram profile, which showed the pair smiling and staring at each other over cocktails and oysters.

“Back in the east,” Porzingis captioned his post, which also included a photo of the Wizards star standing next to a black Range Rover.

Porzingis, who keeps his love life fairly private, made the relationship Instagram official last September with two selfies showing Vizla nuzzling his arm.

It’s unclear when Porzingis and Vizla got together, although they did reported that they met in the summer of 2019.

Porzingis played with a minute limit on his Wizards debut on Sunday after a fractured bone in his right knee sidelined him since Jan. 29.

He had 25 points in 21 minutes and five rebounds in his first game since Dallas traded the big man and a second-round pick to Washington for guard Spencer Dinwiddie and forward Davis Bertans.

“The transition was smooth all round,” said a smiling Porzingis in a press conference after the game.

“I feel good here, honestly… Hopefully we have that [Bradley Beal] next season. I don’t know what the situation is, but I would like to play with him and [Kyle Kuzma] and the rest of the guys. I think there are some exciting things to look forward to.”

Kuzma, who had 23 points, praised “The Unicorn” after defeating Indiana.

“It was phenomenal. Teams can’t just fall for me when I have this extra guy out there that poses a lot of defense threats. With him he is so versatile. … There’s a reason they call it ‘The Unicorn,'” he said.

The Wizards are 11th in the Eastern Conference Tuesday morning, just 1.5 games before the play-in tournament for last place.
