Katie Price fans express concern for the star as she sizzles on the beach after massive breast surgery

KATIE Price fans are worried the star didn’t take proper care of her skin on her recent vacation to Thailand.

In her latest YouTube vlog, Katie and her fiancé Carl Woods visited Pig Island just off the coast of Koh Samui.

The destination is popular with tourists who love meeting and feeding the island’s resident pigs and sharing their snaps on social media.

Katie’s outing came a day after she got a new sleeve tattooed on her arm and admitted it was sore and swollen.

That didn’t stop her, however, and she donned her bikini and boarded the boat for the short ride.

While viewers loved the content, they were concerned that Katie’s skin was being damaged by the sun.

One commented: “The piggies were so cute. That sunburn looks painful though.”

Another wrote: “Katie you know not to get your brand new tattoo wet! So no swimming or sweating of any kind and no sun! Not until everything has healed. It affects the healing process and that affects how the tattoo will look like it’s all healed.”

A third said: “This tattoo looks amazing! I hope you wear tons of sunscreen while you’re at the beach! :D.”

It was a lively introduction to pigs as Katie pointed out two who appeared to be having sex under a tree.

She joked, “Look, they’re having fun over there. This is Carl and Kate.”

The trip was quite expensive, but Katie insisted it was worth it.

Katie told fans: “Would I recommend coming to Piggy Island? I would do it as it’s something different but just so you know it’s £190 for five people.

“Then when you’re on the island, they pay you back to come to the island.

“Then when you see the pigs, they demand pig feed to get the pigs around you. It’s not a cheap trip, but it’s worth it.”

Katie explained this month that her most recent breast surgery was her 24th breast surgery – having had her first in 1998 when she rose to a C cup.

She told fans the implants for the biggest ever were in a safe in the UK and would be “sold for a million pounds”.
